Virus and Spyware Signature Updates
We continually update our virus and spyware signature database to stay current with emerging threats. When you register your appliance, you can opt to receive updates automatically as soon as they are available, or manually download updates when it is convenient for you. If you have a malware-related problem, or suspect you have a virus or spyware that your CSG appliance is not detecting, send our malware research experts an email at virus_help@cpsecure.com.
